I’ve been working on a larger project that’s been taking forever, so over Thanksgiving break I decided to make a comic super quickly just to get some feeling of accomplishment. It’s called Highlights.
It’s also my first attempt at doing anything semi-biographical. Comics have such a rich history of awesome biographical work (Art Spiegelman, Lynda Barry, etc.). It has a wonderful ability to bottle a certain personal tone. If you’d like a hard copy, I’ll send a copy in the mail to the first five people to get in touch with me.
